Digital Partner Commitment

The Estate Yountville uses Sabre Hospitality’s SynXis Booking Engine for room reservation transactions. Sabre is committed to digital accessibility and has developed the SynXis Booking Engine in accordance with WCAG 2.0 standards. Because the booking engine is a third-party platform, some elements are managed directly by Sabre; however, we continuously monitor the experience and collaborate with Sabre to ensure accessibility and a consistent experience for all users.

Accessibility Technology

In addition to design and development efforts, our website integrates Accessibe, one of the leading accessibility tools. Accessibe enables users to customize their experience in real time, offering features such as screen reader optimization, keyboard navigation adjustments, color contrast settings, text resizing, and more.

Taking Action & Ongoing Efforts

The Estate Yountville has contracted a reputable Digital Accessibility Agency who fully audits our site using live testers and assist us in implementing the necessary changes to make our site accessible to everyone including anyone using a screen reader, magnifier, voice recognition software, captions, alternative text and other assistive devices. We are working diligently to make these updates in a timely fashion and will continuously audit and update our site.
