General Market Guidelines

To participate in the Twilight Market, please complete the following steps:

  1. Submit Your Application: Complete and submit the vendor application form through our website. Be sure to list all items you intend to sell.
  2. Required Documents: Upload a valid Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) with the required coverage. (Refer to the attached PDF for insurance coverage guidelines and a sample COI.)
  3. Submit Payment:
    1. Pay online by credit card
    2. OR mail a check payable to Estate Yountville

 

Vendor Confirmation

Accepted vendors will receive a scheduling link to sign up for multiple dates throughout the season.

 

Vendor Selection Criteria

Preference will be given to:

  • Returning vendors from previous years
  • Vendors offering unique, high-quality, and culturally diverse products
  • Local businesses based in Napa County or surrounding areas

Standard Space: One 10’x10′ stall

Need More Space? Contact us for custom requests (additional fees may apply)

Stall Fee: $25 per market date

Payment Options:

  • Credit card (online payment link will be sent upon acceptance)
  • Check payable to Estate Yountville
