Yes, valet and self-parking are available for all hotel guests at a rate of $15 per vehicle per day.
What breakfast options are available?
Experience our sumptuous, complimentary continental-style breakfast offered each morning as the Estate Yountville culinary team seeks to exceed your expectations. Fresh and locally sourced produce and eggs are complemented by regional cheeses, international meats, fresh bread, and ripe fruit. Sip coffee, tea, or fresh juices and enjoy a leisurely start to your day. Continental breakfast is free of charge for all guests at Estate Yountville. Additionally, a menu of made-to-order breakfast items are also available for an additional charge.
What lunch and dinner options are available?
Estate Yountville embodies the town’s passionate pursuit of food by bringing guests exclusive access to our on-property restaurants: Bottega and ottimo by Chef Michael Chiarello. Will I be able to charge my electric vehicle?
We offer our guests two double EV charging stations located behind the Vintage House swimming pool and behind the Villa building at Hotel Villagio. Please allow our Hotel Management or Guest Services team to provide further information.
Do you offer laundry or dry cleaning services?
Daily laundry and dry cleaning services are available Monday through Saturday and are picked up at the front desk by 8:30 AM and returned by 6:00 PM on the same day. Laundry bags are located in your closet. Please dial ‘0’ to arrange for a pickup.
Do you have gift cards available for purchases?
If you are looking to surprise someone special with a Napa getaway at Estate Yountville, we have gift cards available on our hotel’s website. For assistance, please dial “0.”
I love the bathrobe in my villa! Can I take it home?
Our luxurious plush bathrobes are available for purchase with Guest Services. For assistance, please dial “0.”
Are the bicycles onsite available for guest use?
The hotel has complimentary bicycles for your use; these are provided on a first-come first-serve basis. Also, in town, there are guided bike tours as well as nice biking and local Wine Country hiking trails that we can share with you at our front desk. We have maps available to assist you.
Are there golf courses nearby?
There are several golf courses in Napa Valley. For a list of courses or to arrange a tee time, please contact Guest Services for assistance.
What is your pet policy?
We love welcoming our adorable four-legged guests to Estate Yountville! We allow up to two dogs per room with a $150 non-refundable, one-time fee per pet and a $250 refundable cleaning deposit. The one-time fee is waived for service animals. If you leave your pet(s) unattended in the room, we ask that they be placed in a carrier.
